TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all online sales made between:

SUZANA, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 940 359 953, having its registered office at 4 Rue Gounod, 75017 Paris, France, email: contact@suzanaparis.com, (hereinafter referred to as “Suzana” or “the Seller”), and any individual acting as a consumer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) purchasing through the website www.suzanaparis.com, (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).

1. PURPOSE

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Suzana on the Site.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.
Each product is described in detail, allowing the Customer to know its essential characteristics prior to ordering.

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

All Suzana bags are made in France with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

3. PRICES

All prices are shown in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. Delivery fees are specified before the order is confirmed.

Suzana reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are billed according to the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Products remain the property of Suzana until full payment is received.

4. ORDERS

To place an order, the Customer must select products, add them to the shopping cart, and complete the checkout process.

By confirming an order, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
An order confirmation email is sent once the payment is validated.

Suzana reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or fraudulent order, or any order placed in connection with an ongoing dispute.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments,
Apple Pay,
PayPal.

Payments are secured using SSL encryption. Suzana never has access to the Customer’s full payment information.

In the event of a payment incident, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Shipping methods and destinations

Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers:

France and Monaco: Chronopost
Europe, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and International: UPS

6.2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout and vary by destination.
Suzana commits to shipping all orders within a maximum of 30 business days following payment confirmation.

In the case of pre-orders, the estimated shipping date is clearly stated on the product page.

6.3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

6.4. Receipt

Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the package to ensure it is intact and corresponds to the order.
Any issue must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Suzana within 48 hours.
Beyond this period, no claim will be accepted.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to contact@suzanaparis.com, specifying the order number.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all packaging and accessories.
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

Suzana will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Customized, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.

8. LEGAL WARRANTIES

Products sold by Suzana are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

If a product is defective or non-compliant, the Customer must contact contact@suzanaparis.com.
Suzana will then replace or refund the product, as preferred by the Customer.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements featured on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, design, domain name, etc.) are the exclusive property of Suzana and are protected under French and international intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, of the Site’s content is strictly prohibited.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected from Customers are processed in accordance with Suzana’s Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
This policy details how data are collected, used, stored, and protected, and outlines the Customer’s rights under the GDPR.

11. CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, Customers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
