ORDER
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request for a modification or cancellation, depending on its preparation status. If your order has already shipped, you may return it once received.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and mention your order number. If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued once we receive it back.
As part of our commitment to a more sustainable experience, invoices are not included in the parcel.
A purchase confirmation is automatically sent by email right after your order.
If you need a detailed invoice, our Customer Service will be happy to provide it upon request.
Suzana produces in limited quantities to preserve craftsmanship and avoid overproduction.
If a piece is sold out, you can join the waiting list on the product page to be notified if it comes back in stock.
Suzana does not take part in traditional sales.

PAYMENT
For all orders within the European Union, prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR).
For orders outside the EU, prices are automatically shown in your local currency when available — such as GBP, CHF, USD or CAD.
The final amount charged may slightly vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
All transactions are encrypted to ensure a secure and seamless checkout experience.
All transactions are processed safely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your payment data is encrypted and never shared. Our team does not have access to your banking details, even if you choose to save them for future purchases.
SHIPPING
All orders require proof of delivery upon receipt.
In France, deliveries are handled by Colissimo and Chronopost.
For Europe and international destinations, shipments are handled by UPS.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on customs procedures and local carriers.

- European Union: 3–6 business days (Express: 1–2)
- Non-EU Europe (UK, Switzerland & Norway): 3–7 business days
- International: 4–8 business days
We ship to France, across the European Union, to non-EU Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), and worldwide — including the USA, Canada, the UAE, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and delivery method.
France:

All orders ship from France.
For deliveries within the European Union, prices include all applicable taxes — no additional duties will be requested upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU and worldwide, orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
As Suzana cannot anticipate or control these additional costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Please start by verifying your shipping address and checking your tracking link (available in your account or in the shipping confirmation email).
In case of any issue or if the parcel appears lost, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Please note that once the parcel is marked as delivered to the correct address, Suzana cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
RETURN
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Simply submit your request through our Return Portal.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label along with detailed instructions by email.
Please use this label to ensure your parcel is correctly delivered back to us.
Items must be new, unused, and in perfect condition.
They must be returned with their original dust bag, box, and paper tag.
Damaged, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.
A fixed fee will be deducted from your refund:
- France & Monaco — €15
- European Union — €25
- Non-EU Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway) — €30
- International — €50
- DOM-TOM — €35
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, no customs fees apply when using our prepaid label. If you choose another carrier, additional import charges may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, please submit your request through our Return Portal.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid UPS label with all customs information pre-filled to ensure smooth delivery.
Simply print the label and attach it to your parcel — no additional documents are required.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@suzanaparis.com.
Include your order number, detailed photos of both the parcel and the item, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Although this is rare, if your item presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@suzanaparis.com.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Card refunds (via Shopify Payments) may take up to 10 business days to appear, while PayPal refunds usually appear within 1 to 3 days.
Please note that shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
