RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your Suzana order.
If for any reason you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit your request.
HOW TO RETURN
Returns are simple and secure.
To initiate a return, please submit your request through our Return Portal.
Once your request has been approved (within 48 hours), you will receive your prepaid return label along with detailed shipping instructions by email.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different style or color, please place a new order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be accepted, items must be:
- new, unworn, unused, and in perfect condition;
- returned with their original dust bag, box, and care card.
Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
RETURN FEES
A fixed return fee will be deducted directly from your refund:
- France & Monaco — €15
- European Union — €25
- Non-EU Europe (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) — €30
- International — €50
- French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) — €35
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU
For non-EU returns, please contact us by email before sending your parcel.
A prepaid return label will be provided to ensure proper tracking. Each return must include the original invoice clearly marked: “Returned goods – no commercial value” along with the initial order number.If this mention is missing or incorrect, customs duties or taxes may be applied by French authorities. These additional costs will remain the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
REFUND
Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Initial shipping fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service within 48 jours of delivery at : contact@suzanaparis.com
